Family owned high quality speciality butcher began operation on the Coast in May 2007. We are forging a reputation for selling the best quality meat on the coast and exceeding the benchmark for gourmet sausages and ham.
Owner, Doug Hearne formerly from the Canberra – Queanbeyan region. Completed his apprenticeship in 1964 and continues to work as a butcher some 45 years later.
In 2007/08 we entered three of our gourmet sausages into the well known and highly respected Sausage King competition for the Gold Coast and Hinterland and are proud to boast that we won two first prizes! All sausages and hams are made on the premises by our qualified butchers.
We are only a small operation and pride ourselves on customer relations. Our aim is to pay attention to our valued customers and provide the best possible service and product.
