The chargrilled octopus comprises extremely tender strips of black octopus from Western Australia served with rocket, green olives and lemon to make a delightful dish.
Half a dozen seafood items are on offer including a bouillabaisse, snapper and salmon, while there also is a choice of veal scallopini, crispy-skinned chicken breast, lamb rack, crispy-skinned confit duck or a mille-feuille of roasted vegetables.
Among the dessert specials of the day is apple crumble crème brulee – a crunchy, custard-like delight served with cinnamon double ice cream and lovely apple crisps.
