Hi Ksenia after reading your comment post I believe that you should contact centre management. This type of attitude should not be tolerated bey anybody especially a customer.
The Mirana Mirage management need to be made aware of this so they can take this issue up with the shop or the shops owner or management.
I am sorry you had to experience this horrible situation, lets hope you get the apology you appear to deserve.
